Return Policy

   As stipulated in the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you are allowed the standard 7 day "cooling off" period, everytime you buy a product on our website.

  If you change you mind about anything please inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods, ask for a return reference number, and only after that send it to us.

  The items you want to return have to be in the original packaging, complete with all accesories and there must be no attempt to assemble the item.

  Mattresses cannot be returned if they have been used and/or taken out of their original packaging.

  You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.We will only refund you the cost of the item when it will get to our shop.

  NOTE:If you choose to have the item delivered ready built and if you come and view the item or if you collect it, you agree to give up the right to return the item under the 7 day cooling period clause!!!!
